Partly written in Spanish, and partly in English, the sculpture's title references scaffolding, temporariness, and frameworks--the characteristics itself of this work. Assembled with fluorescent light tubes, glass, and other familiar objects, the sculpture, which is modular, resembles the ladder-and platform-type mechanism of scaffolding that adorns the facades of a plethora of buildings under renovation or construction in this very city.
